L’idea di Fantaitaliando è partita dalla volontà di realizzare nella città di Eindhoven una realtá dove i bambini potessero parlare italiano, arricchire il loro vocabolario e approfondire grammatica e cultura italiana. Il nostro gruppo di genitori ha iniziato allora a riunirsi e a creare Fantaitaliando.

Privacy Policy FANTAITALIANDO 1. What is personal information? According to the law, personal information includes all details that relate to an identified or identifiable person. So the combination of name and date of birth, contact details, a passport photo all constitute personal information. 2. Which information do we collect? We collect various personal information relating to children who participate to our initiatives, to parents/representatives/carers and to people collaborating with us. 3. For which purposes do we need to collect personal information? We use the following details: For providing adequate teaching, support, supervision For responding to questions and complaints from parents/carers and other stakeholders and third parties where necessary For communication about organisational developments For financial administration For operational support For logging data If the data is used for other purposes, we will inform the stakeholders concerned 4. With whom do we share personal information? We use the personal information collected for organizational and communication purposes and we share them between all the volunteers working at Fantaitaliando. 5. How do we use and protect personal information? We will strictly follow the European law known as GDPR. We do not process any more personal information than is absolutely necessary for the work concerned. We will never publish personal information without the permission of parent/guardians. Confidentiality Everyone who has access to the personal information is informed about the regulation and will accept to follow it. Term of storage We observe the statutory storage term. After this term expires, we destroy the personal information or store it in a way that it is no longer traceable to a specific person. Security We take all necessary technical and organisational security measures to prevent the misuse of and unauthorised access to personal information. If something still goes wrong, we will inform those concerned where necessary. 6. Which rights to stakeholders have In terms of the processing of personal information, each volunteer of Fantaitaliando has the right to freely access it, improve it, add to it, delete it, be forgotten, limit it, transfer it and the right to object. Parents/carers have the right to access to the processed personal information of their child and to change them 7. Right to submit an objection or legal procedure Each stakeholder has the right to submit an objection to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA) if the stakeholder is of the opinion that Fantaitaliando is not complying with the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation. See https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. 8. Personal information and digital media When visiting and arranging matters via our websites, we ask permission to record personal information. If someone completes a contact form on one of our websites, or sends us an e-mail, then the information is saved as long as necessary to ensure a full response and processing of the question. The personal information we receive via these websites are processed as per this privacy statement. 9. Informed consent for using of immagine For communication and educational purposes i. e. websites and social media, photos and/or short video’s will be eventually taken from the volunteers of Fantaitaliando. The parents/carers have to give written informed consent for making of photos and videos at the inscription of the child.
